  • For regular orders, please allow 5 - 10 business days for processing and shipment preparation.
  • Preorders are made-to-order. Please allow an estimated 4 - 5 weeks for processing and shipping. We always strive for quicker delivery than our estimate.
  • During peak order periods or high demand, there may be slight delays in processing and shipping.
  • Nationwide and global shipping delays (e.g., due to COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) can impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
  • Tracking information will typically become available within 48 hours of shipment.

Additional Information for US Orders:

  • US orders generally have shorter delivery times compared to international orders.
  • We utilize reliable domestic shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery.

  • International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures in your country, which can potentially lead to delays.
  • Please exercise patience if there are any delays due to customs processing.
  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the recipient's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Size Chart Guidance:

  • To ensure you receive the best fit, please refer to our size charts provided on our website before making your purchase.

All Sales Final:

  • All sales are final, and orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.
  • The following items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable: headwear, earrings, underwear, socks, stickers, window clings, decals, enamel pins, cards, posters, and collector's boxes.

Exchanges for Size:

  • Exchanges for a different size of the same product may be possible, subject to product availability.
  • We will accept exchange requests via email only if we are contacted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Exchanges sought outside of this 14-day period will not be accepted.

Conditions for Exchanges:

  • All items for exchange must be in their original condition, including tags, and must not have been worn, altered, or washed.
  • Products must not have been used in photo shoots, Instagram, or other social media posts, used online, commercially, or for personal gain.
  • Please ensure that all original packaging, including garment bags, shipped with your order, is returned.

Grouped Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange multiple products that are part of the same order, they must be returned together in a single shipment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse processing exchanges of products that are part of the same order but are shipped at different times.

How to Request an Exchange:

  • To initiate an exchange, please send an email to support@braindeadcustoms.com with the subject: “Exchange Request Order#(YourOrderNumber).”
  • In the email body, please provide details of your sizing needs and attach photos of the product.
  • You will receive a response within 5 business days to guide you through the exchange process.
