All sales are final and cannot be canceled/efunded. All headwear, earrings, underwear, socks, stickers, window clings, decals, enamel pins, cards, posters, and collectors boxes are final and cannot be returned/exchanged. 

Other items may be exchanged only for a different size of the same product, provided all conditions are met and subject to product availability:

Exchanges will only be accepted if we are emailed within 14 days from the date of delivery. Exchanges sought outside their respective period will not be accepted. Exchanges must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered, or washed. Items must not have been used in photo shoots, Instagram other social media posts, online, commercially or for personal gain. All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned. Products to be exchanged that are part of the same order must be returned to us in a single shipment, and we reserve the right to refuse processing exchanges of products that are part of the same order which are shipped at different times. 

If you need an exchange: Please send an email to support@braindeadcustoms.com with the subject: “Exchange Request Order#(YourOderNumber)” and detail your sizing needs in the body with photos of the product attached. You will receive a response within 5 business days.
